It was a most pleasant experience! The employees were great. I took in a suede vest and 2 sweaters. The person that checked in my items didn't realize the vest was suede, as soon as she realized that she called me. They don't clean leather in their store they send them out and it is quite pricey. They let their customers know so they can decide if they afford the cleaning process for the leather. The service was quick and my sweaters had a fresh, clean scent. As a new customer you get a tote, including a brief note welcoming you, a little info about their customer service, a list of the services they offer, and some valuable coupons.
